Selah is an ancient Hebrew word found in the Psalms often used in music to indicate a moment when it’s just the instruments playing, bringing us to pause and reflect on what was just sung or spoken. This is a safe space were you can be still, exhale and take a moment to connect with your body and experience deep peace.
